Meet Denise

My work is rooted in a simple belief - meaningful transformation begins with awareness, compassionate witnessing, and a felt sense of safety.

Before this chapter of my life, I worked as a Nurse Anesthesiologist, helping people safely enter states of unconsciousness and freedom from pain. Over time, I became increasingly fascinated by what helps us reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, our relationships, and our capacity for growth.

Today, as a trauma-informed facilitator and student of Somatic Experiencing®, I bring 18 years of experience caring for people into work that is guided by curiosity, presence, and respect for the wisdom of the nervous system.

My background in healthcare continues to shape how I hold space - with thoughtful pacing, attention to safety, and deep respect for the connection between mind and body.

Whether through movement, reflection, nervous system education, or integration practices, my intention is to create experiences that cultivate embodiment, curiosity, and lasting change.

I spent years helping people safely fall asleep.

Today, I'm interested in what helps us wake up.
